It just gets worse. I have some issues with dairy and while they are better now they got worse when I indulged more often.

I get no bloating, no nausia, no gas, etc.
All I get is diarrhea. It's annoying. Especially considering I eat dairy pretty much every single day. It started recently.
Also no, fuck training. I feel myself getting weaker and weaker every few months and then I'm still stronger than everyone I know. Given my lifestyle, training is of absolutely no use and just thinking about it makes me go "ewwwww pls no".
