Hi!

I'll try to keep this short. Last week I started going to the gym and since thursday I've been very sore and tired. I have noticed that my "white parts" of my eyes have turned a bit yellow and I'm wondering if its a side effect from working out too much? So far I've just been resting, but do you think it's serious?
I can't really afford going to a doctor so are there any ways to remedy this at home? More rest?

Also my pee has turned brown and the color doesn't change no matter how much water I drink lol.. Not sure if that matters or not.

Thanks in advance for any serious answers..

If not troll go to er right now before your kidneys fail completely.

I see you lurking this thread and it pains me not to know if you're serious or not, but jaundice (metabolite accumulation), discoloured urine, soreness/tenderness of muscle tissue, lethargy are all classic symptoms of rhabdomyolysis which can be fatal if untreated. i just thought id explain on the slight chance you're not lying

Yellowish discoloration of your conjunctiva = classic sign of Jaundice = hepatic (liver) failure.

Brown urine indicates hematuria (blood in urine). Since you can see it, it indicates macroscopic/gross hematuria, which could mean you have any renal (kidney) damage, or bilirubin/metabolites are damaging your kidneys.

You have hepatic or renal or hepatorenal failure.

It is VERY serious, and if you're not trolling, you need to GO TO THE DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. You don't want to be put on renal dialysis for the rest of your life.

It's most likely liver failure, the hematuria is just another sign of it.

GO TO A FUCKING DOCTOR A$AP!

If you've been pushing yourself in your workouts, you may have Rhabdo -> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhabdomyolysis

Short-answer, go to a doctor ASAP. Brown urine is a reliable indicator of kidney failure, which can be fatal

Good luck
