It has been a month since I left my town for work. I am coaching full time in the 3rd biggest acrobatic camp in North America for 8 weeks.

I planed to train 2-3 times a week and maintain my bw (181 lb)...It has not happened lol. After 3 weeks and half I have trained in the gym 4 times hitting bench and squat only. I am now sitting at 175 lb even when I take my shake(s). I literally spend hours spotting gymnastic moves expending shit load of calories.

I have also been dealing again with the abs tear for the whole past year and glutes and back sharp pain. Lacrosse ball and foam roll everyday have made these better but its not 100% gone yet. In the gym I've been hitting 3x5 @ 240-250 on bench and 4-6x5 @ 315-365 on squat every time I hit the gym so I'm ''keeping'' my strength.

Today I did some improvised plyo training. Blocks are 20 inch each. Trying to box jump 60 inches (3 blocks) standing before the end of the summer and do a standing 40 inches (2 blocks) jump with straight legs as well. I still have 1 more month here so I might lose some more weights too unfortunately.

You did it while running (gj), you should thrust hips out more when jumping vertically. It's what our
school's basketball coach says :)

And that one dude... Balzzar or whatever that was here who had awesome vertical

Aubro you ever tried tricking before?

I used to do it back in 2011 like 3-4 times a week (which was also when I would be on hnf all the time) but moved and couldn't do it anymore. Found a new gym though and I'm getting back into it. Used to be able to do all the basics (btwist, windmills, kick the moon, etc.) but I'm pretty fukin rusty now, determined to get em back and finally do that ever elusive corkscrew.

It's fun as fuk, and I'll bet you could pickup the moves pretty fast, your getting some serious air on those back pikes.

I did for some time. You can go see my old videos if you want. I've never been really good at transitions thought.

The first no but the second yes it's a rod floor for tumbling purposes.

Today's squat

Squat
3x5 @ 142.5 kg/314 lb

HB Squat:
3x5 @ 132.5 kg/292 lb

Paused Squat:
2x6 @ 127.5 kg/281 lb

I was short in time (45 min) but I managed a pretty good session.
