i lost around 9lbs from paradiso on the 26th, and i'm back at 175, i seem to be stuck at 175 though and can't get any heavier. my calories are at 3,400-3,500 a day, and i've been very very unactive, haven't been going to the gym either due to injuries at work. i've done 2 weeks of clean eating at those calories, and i'm down to 174.5lbs now... down .5lbs -.-

i checked my macros, i'm averaging around ~155g fat, 310g carbs, 200g protein are my fats too high and i need more carbs? does it really matter? i thought it didn't really matter what you ate, as long as you were in a caloric surplus you would gain weight?

and i'm not intentionally eating 200g protein, i'm aiming for 180 it just happens to go that high...

i'm just entering it into myfitness pal, but that did cross my mind. myfitnesspal says i need another 150g carbs, lower fat to 115, and protein to 175

here's a day's worth of food..


890 cals total
protein shake 2 scoops
1 scoop waxy maize

2 large eggs
2 slices of whole wheast bread
8 slices turkey bacon


1051 cals
4 slices of whole wheat toast
50g cheddar cheese
3 tbs mayo
1 oz olive oil
1 can of tuna

mass gainer 1234 cals
250ml chocolate almond milk
1tbs coconut oil
2 tbps flax seed
1 banana
1 scoop waxy maize
1oz olive oil
small serving of oats
2 scoops mass gainer


~150cals
bunch of cashews

120 cals
casein shake before bed

total was like 3,450 cals
