#1 Whey Protein - Obvious is obvious

#2 Creatine

# 3 What in ur opinion

what would you say are the most important bodybuilding supplements for overall mass gain
Im talking supplements not food intake.

Stuff thats actually scientifically proven?

What would u recommend?

Do BCAA's, Beta Alanine, Glutamine, or anything else actually work?
Is a casein protein worth it?

not a fan of blowing money towards non-proven products, that advertise bullshit

might post progress pics tonight for motivation, my first week back after several months of lazy as fuckk and weightloss

you don't need bcaa and whatever else you listed.
protein is protein, just a convenience, doesn't need to be whey or casein but whey is the cheapest i think so best option if you need any.
i dont use creatine but a lot of people do and say its great, and its dirt cheap so fuck it try it out.

Scooby says whey protein green tea flax seed

Glutamine and creatine are apparently the 2 most proven supplements, i get free bcaas so i take those intra workout (havent noticed a dofference but all my big bodybuilder friends take it, casein is a nice way to get an extra 150 or so cals before bed and an extra 25g of protein
