315x3 Deadlift
225x8 Squat
For my bulk I'm going to be doing Fierce 5 Intermediate P/P/L .

I'm not the most well liked around here, I'm going to try and refrain from trolling and making dick head comments. Will try to only add value the best I can to this forum. Hopefully this log will make me stay consistent and help my achieve my goals.

Currently reverse dieting into my surplus. Will be upping calories to 2200 next week , at 2100 right now.

2160 Calories (Went a bit over)
79 G fat
177 G Protein
197 G Carbs.
Protein could be dropped tomorrow , and carbs increased.
