I asked him about my sweating problem (i sweat a fucking lot) and it's hot as fuck inside the room, he's a foreginer from some stupid fking country, so i asked him about the problem, he said are you sweating right now, i said yeah, he replies i don't think so i don't see any sweat... i lift up my arm and i've got 2 beads of sweat rolling down my arm cuz it's like 40 degrees in there wtf.. he asked me how much water i was consuming a day, i said i try for 3 litres a day, he responded and said "that's way too much" that's excessive water, you shouldn't exceed 2 litres a day, try for 1.5 litres as a good mark... the fucking fuck... i told him i used to not drink as much water before i started lifting, and i still sweat a lot back then, he just gave me a blank stare and left the room without saying anything, i waited for like 15 minutes and just assumed he wasn't coming back so i left... wtf...

i'm sitting here on my couch and every 5 minutes a bead of sweat will roll down my arm, i can't wear sleeves anymore, cuz there will just be huge pit stains, every day at work i sweat like crazy too it's fking annoying. it's actually too much and i was hoping there was a simple fix to my diet etc i could do.



idk tell me that he can prescribe me something, tell me to change my diet drink some other fluids idfk..



yeah, i want a doctor that speaks fluent fucking english... impossible to find round here.
