Any lunch suggestions? I was thinking turkey wraps, and maybe some black beans, rice, chicken, and salsa or something. Any of you have anything that worked well for you?

Current stats: 6'5", 254. Down like 6 pounds in about a month, but I buy lunch ever day (mainly chicken phad Thai and burrito bowls at chipotle). I figure bringing food will save me $$ and help me cut.

Unsure on bf%, but big three below

Deadlift: 385x5
Squat: 285x5
Bench: 95lb dB's x5 (find this easier than doing bb)
Standing overhead press: 165x5

hey man. I work a desk job as well, and I bring pretty much all of my meals. Maybe once a week I'll eat lunch out, but for the most part lunch and in between meals are covered.

You've got the right idea. basically i eat chicken, broccoli (the microwave in bag plain florets are great for work), sweet potatoes, black beans, turkey wraps, ground turkey (make patties or even turkey meatloaf), greek yog. I'll do tuna sometimes but everyone in the office hates me for the smell. I try to avoid brown rice and whole grain pasta if i can... they're great calorie fillers but since I started going with fibrous carbs (like the broccoli) i've definitely noticed a difference.

The trick is to just take some time and cook a shitload of food for the week, then have a good stock of tupperware containers. I go grocery shopping on sunday afternoons, and as soon as i get home i cook up all of the chicken. lasts me a few days then I repeat mid week.

also, I'm not as big as you - 6'0" 185 - but I can buy all my meals for the week for about $65 if I shop the grocery store's weekly sales. I've saved a ton of money since I quit eating out every day for lunch.

Nice! Yeah tuna would be a no for me, but all the rest sound solid. I just went shopping and should be stocked up for a bit. Also decided to try some smoothies in the morning for ease. (Frozen fruit, spinich, protein powder, oj, oats. Hopefully will last me until lunch. That would save a lot of $$ too. Might also do eggs some mornings.

Weighed in at the gym today at 250, and my lifts haven't been dropping. Hopefully I can keep this up for a bit.

I prefer to make like ~5 lbs of chicken for the week and store ~8oz in a container and bring it to work/school each day. I'll bring some sort of fruit and carrots or some easily portable veggie as well. It's plain and boring but it gets the job done and has great ratios.
