I'm having trouble thinking up a cross fit and linear split. Should I do like:

Week 1:
Monday high volume low intensity

Tuesday high volume low intensity

Wednesday rest

Thursday high volume low intensity

Friday high volume low intensity

Weekends rest

Week 2:

Same days as above except high intensity low volume

Week 3: repeat

I did it for a year straight, nothing but CF and eating paleo and got shredded. The only downside is I'm still small lol that's why I need to implement heavier, precise muscle movements again to look like I even lift

Have you tried and stuck with it? Maybe it only works for certain body types, I don't know.

assuming we are all different?
we have pretty much the same body mechanics and thus will respond equally to the same lifting and eating regime.

paleo isnt some kind of magical diet and not healthier than others.

Its a good diet for people who are prone to gaining fat easier IMO. Anyways, do you think the split I originally mentioned would work for 5 week cycles?

what do you mean by "gaining fat easier"? the amount of fat you gain is solely based on the caloric surplus. person x will gain more fat than person y, if x has a higher surplus, not because he is prone to gaining fat easier.
in case of your routine, its hard to judge as you didnt gave any information about your crossfit routine and the exercises/splits you plan to do.

also, what are your goals at all? strenght, size?
