That first picture was around 250 lbs, but before my spinal surgery I was at 190 or so. Weigh 213 right now, and my scale says 26% bodyfat, but who knows how accurate that is. ha

If it's just a scale with small metal plates on it then the margin of error can be massive, like 7 to 9 percent either side of 26 I would say. Bio electrical impedance machines are easily influenced by changes in physiological state as well because they simply measure resistance to a tiny current through the body to estimate fat content so even just your hydration status can affect the value.
