All food is game! Quick lunches, intricate dinners, macro friendly meals, or just damn tasty grub.

Quick and easy lunch I made today.

mix one large can of tuna, 2 small cucumbers sliced, half a can of olives halved, 3 tablespoons of light mayo, 2 tablespoons of mustard, lemon juice, teaspoon of paprika, pinch of salt, and cracked pepper to preference. Throw it on some lettuce or bread. Easy stuff, took like 10 minutes total.

Macros

Protein- 60 grams
Fat-18 grams
Carbs- 10 grams

my recipes for cutting, not really true foodporn, but sometimes I crave goods on a cut.

Broccoli bread.

http://proteinpow.com/2013/04/low-carb-gluten-free-broccoli-protein.html

I substitute pea protein for vanilla and also add cinnamon.

0 Fat cheesecake.

2 packages (8 ounces each) fat-free cream cheese, softened
2/3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup egg substitute
1 cup (8 ounces) fat-free sour cream

Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, sour cream in a bowl.
Add half of your eggbeaters (I like the ones with the yellows in it as well, tastes better, still 0 fats)

Protein Frosting

good for cheesecake topping, smearing on the bread

No Bake Proteinbars

I substitute coconut cream with heavy cream, and cut down peanut butter (depending on my bulk/cut) and replace it with fatfree sugarfree JELL-O pudding mix, mixed with fatfree milk, for a lower carb recipe.

Perfect for the last major meal of the day to finish up your macros. Need more carbs? Add more rice or broccoli. Need more protein? Add more chicken or shrimp. Need more fats? Add more sauce.
