Ate no food for the entire day and then i went to the gym and did the most dangerous lift there is, the deathlift.
once i was done i felt like puking, i was light headed and my body was feeling numb.that was the worst feeling ive had in a long time..

inb4idintliftanyheavyweight.... you are right it wasn't much weight.

I actually almost died. Driving home from work today an oncoming car swerved into my lane and had I not swerved off the road into the ditch it would have been a head on collision. Blew out two of my tires.
