Hey guys, I don't post in this subforum much, but I plan to alot more since its something that has came into my interest lately.
My name is Andrew and I'm originally from Jersey, but attending college now in penn state.
Ill be using this thread to track my progress, my plans of what I want to do and actually accomplish, my goals and also my workouts.
If it is possible, I will greatly appreciate all helpful comments,suggestions etc.
I use to wrestle and play lacrosse for high school, but haven't really worked out since then, and I'm going to change that.
My current personal stats:
bench: 160
curl bar: 50
squat: 350
forearm curl: 70
deadlift: ~200
cleans: n/a
mile: ~7:45
weight: 158
height: 5"8
My goal/wants:
bigger back
body fat of ~10%
bigger arms ( my tris are small :< )
bigger shoulders
tone my legs
regain 6pax
able to bench 200+
mile under 6:45
weigh around 145
Nutrients:
I haven't put alot of time/thought into this, so if its posisble for some people to help me w/ this, it will be greatly appreciated.
I'm obviously in college, so I do drink, but I never smoke at all. I don't have a kitchen so its a bit hard to actually cook/prepare my own proper meals that I will need.

Mon-Sat: workout days
Sun: Off
Mon: Tris/Bicep
Tues: Legs
Wed: Abs/Shoulders
Thrus: Back
Fri: Chest
Sat: Cardio Day
Once I get actual workouts for each section, I will be posting them so you guys could help me out to either make it better or change it etc.
I will be trying to be posting a new photo every week with my progress and my workouts.
