Tastes like feet, so I may suggest getting the pill form or capping them yourself.

Not the worst taste in the world but to someone with a squeamish stomach I can see it being a little difficult.

Day 4 and my nagging shoulder is completely fine. Great shit.

Vitamin Shoppe.

Or swansonvitamins.com

They have free 5 dollar off coupons on their facebook page now, so that would completely knock out the 4.99 shipping for any order.

If glucosamine is working for you then keep taking it. Aside from a joint supp, cissus has pretty nice anti-catabolic and anti-cortisol properties.

I've never tried glucosamine longer then a few days but it didn't do much for me.

How does the taste compare to unflavoured BCCA's?

how about the studies. a couple words about a potential interaction with osteoblasts is not sufficient enough to make an informed decision of one over the other

why it over msm, glucosamine, chondroitin. in other words the actual components of fibrous tissues (specifically collagen)

Better than BCAA's. More of a herb flavor though as it IS stem/roots.

I never put it over msm, gluco, chondroiton.

It's worked so far for me, so I'm sticking with it.

There were a few threads posted asking if anyone tried it, I now have, and I like it....so I posted it here.

That's a long list of studies for anyone to look through, that's why I posted them.
