Canadian_Man's progress thread.

Rules
- keep on topic, but on-topic discussion is fine
- make a new thread or pm me if you want to have a lengthy argument

Overview
- I'm posting progress pics as part of my routine
- This thread serves as a self-gauge so I can view my progress in an organised fashion, and I can be criticised and viewed as well
- Some pictures are properly taken, some aren't. I try to just give a few angles. Lighting is always as best as I can get it (I turn on the room's lights).

Goals & Self-Guarantees
- 3 solid months of progress from my February progress pic initial date
- not that I have ever wanted to or ever do want to, but if I am to fall out of sync, my goal is to reduce my "quit time" to a 2 week time window as opposed to a 3 month time-window

FEBRUARY
["February 20th" pictures are being posted up tonight. On approximately Wednesday the 7th (March) I will post my two-week progress pic. I may choose to go weekly, twice monthly, or monthly.]

I posted a progress thread up in November with the exact same pictures. The reason I'm reposting is to show how much one can lose over 3 months (I'll post my current condition), and to show where I can go from here.

Thank you. I'm proud of what I did do, but equally disappointed in myself for spending the subsequent 3 months doing nothing. :D The saddest part: I started working out in 2009, and my starting pics in August 2011 were terrible (looked like I hardly ever was at the gym).
