PICTURE REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS.
1 – PICTURE OF YOUR FRONT (FLEXED OR UNFLEXED DOESN’T MATTER. I CHOSE 1 COMPLETELY RELAXED, ONE FLEXED AS YOU CAN SEE)
2 – PICTURE OF YOUR BACK (YOU CAN DO DOUBLE BI, LAT SPREAD, RELAXED OR WHATEVER YOU PREFER)
3 – ONE PICTURE OF YOUR ARM FLEXED IN THE POSE OF YOUR CHOICE.
4 - Optional (You can post leg pics) I may actually do that tomorrow. But for now I have what I have.
PICS ARE DUE BY MAY 20TH AT THE LATEST. IF YOU FAIL TO MEET THE DEADLINE YOU ARE DISQUALIFIED.
THE #1 THING TO REMEMBER HERE IS THAT YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICS IN EXACTLY THE SAME FASHION. THAT MEANS THE SAME DISTANCE, THE SAME LIGHTING, THE SAME EXACT POSES BECAUSE THIS IS OUR ONLY MEANS OF JUDGING PROGRESS. THIS ALSO MEANS IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO ONE POSE FLEXED IN THE BEFORE PICTURE, YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE THE AFTER PIC FLEXED.

6'2 200 Pounds.
Goals -
Defined 6 , possibly 8 pack (without having to flex). More shoulder definition. Larger lats. And last but not least I want much better cardio by July 20th
