Strict but most importantly steady diet.

I won't post unhealthy methods for you considering your age... I would do sit-ups religiously and keep up with steady cardio.

don't send any fg if i win...

1. you are 15. you will have fat until about 20.
2. exert more energy than you take in. that means limit the calories vs the amount you burn
3. drink water have breakfast
4. you are obviously not working hard enough or doing the right things in the gym if you have been doing it for 2 years. 1.5 hrs each visit. 3 times a wk
5. get actual credited info on this....not some nerd kids on a gaming forum....that means mens health and nutritional tracking sites. fitday.com is amazing
6. keep cardio and weight lifting separate. that means 2 months weights. 1 month cardio. be smart on reps and amount of weight---- 12,10,8,and maybe 6
7. rotate muscle groups but keep everything organized and planned. mon--upper body...thats everything wens.--core fri--legs
8. protien drinks are good if you are actually working out....dont take anything until you are 2 months into working out.
9. have to run, do sit ups, pull ups, push ups every day --- well almost
10. most important----you must must keep up your dedication for at least 2-3 wks in order for it to become a habit. once that happens you will make your goal--->you must have a goal

btw....if kids are giving you trouble at school or you are feeling self conscious around girls... thats typical. the other kids are losers that need to put down some few to make themselves feel better. as for the girls they are at this pt bitchy and more developed( its simple psychology)....boys wont catch up until about 19.

do it for yourself. not for others.

anymore questions just ask. i have trained and workout with many for about 9 yrs now. i know my shit. btw if you want a workout plan...that actually will cost you. haha.

good.

pt is that you were asking how to improve...it obviously doesnt matter in what condition each section of your body might be in. more importantly its what you can change to make it better. just bc you have strong legs doenst mean you shouldnt exercise them. your upper body gets stronger bc of your lower body str. your safety is improved by having a strong core. your capability of movement is based on your upper body. btw...spending time with your gf will help motivate you and also keep you happy. that means the chemicals being released in your brain are reacting to being around the female sex and someone you like.....ie makes you "high". if you want that plan i have it...laid out per day etc.

go running, do situps. eat healthier. best things to do smile.gif just go down to the track and run 1-2 miles every day. try to do 100-200 situps every morning, and watch what you eat. I can guarantee you you'll see results.
