2. exert more energy than you take in. that means limit the calories vs the amount you burn
3. drink water have breakfast
4. you are obviously not working hard enough or doing the right things in the gym if you have been doing it for 2 years. 1.5 hrs each visit. 3 times a wk
5. get actual credited info on this....not some nerd kids on a gaming forum....that means mens health and nutritional tracking sites. fitday.com is amazing
6. keep cardio and weight lifting separate. that means 2 months weights. 1 month cardio. be smart on reps and amount of weight---- 12,10,8,and maybe 6
7. rotate muscle groups but keep everything organized and planned. mon--upper body...thats everything wens.--core fri--legs
8. protien drinks are good if you are actually working out....dont take anything until you are 2 months into working out.
9. have to run, do sit ups, pull ups, push ups every day --- well almost
10. most important----you must must keep up your dedication for at least 2-3 wks in order for it to become a habit. once that happens you will make your goal--->you must have a goal
btw....if kids are giving you trouble at school or you are feeling self conscious around girls... thats typical. the other kids are losers that need to put down some few to make themselves feel better. as for the girls they are at this pt bitchy and more developed( its simple psychology)....boys wont catch up until about 19.
