4ish years ago I went from 320lbs to 220, mostly from the fact I stopped drinking sugar and started working 7 days a week in a 100 degree kitchen for a few years, and now Ive just floated at about 230 for the last few years with no progress, im able to faste my self down to 220 at times, but eating habit always put me back at 230, I like to think I don't care what others think of me but it's really what pushes me if i look deep, I've wanted to do an aggressive cut for a bit now but idk how to push myself, so I'm hoping wearing this struggle on my sleeve will give me the anger/motivation I need to better myself, or if I could get a couple fuxk yous in the comments or maybe a you'll never be anything but a pos thatd be great, encouraging comments will be reported.

My lowest 220

Then we got me at 320

Firstly congrats on the weight loss. Thats a huge achievement in itself!

Secondly, do you do any weight training? If so, start!

I've just started maybe 6months ago with some 15 lb dumbbells alot of arms and chest workouts, just moved to 20lb month or two ago and I'm looking to move to 25s soon, I picked up a treadmill couple weeks ago and I've started to add cardio, I don't work in kitchens anymore so I don't sweat passively so trying to get my self dripping in it again

Id recommend joining a gym. From there we can give you some basic weightlifting advice.

It’s the best thing you’ll ever do

Ive looked at joining gyms a few times but I hate human interaction, it always ends with them wanting me to schedule an appointment to see the facility and talk with them about what I'm looking to do, like wtf I wanna walk in get sweaty n leave with zero interaction, there is just too many influencers across all these platforms offering lifting advice and they all wanna do is skin the cat a different way, my plan is simple, heavy calorie deficit, aggressive lifting daily, cardio couple times a week, clean eating.

Lemme know if gym tho where I can sign up without having to go through an ordeal
