Interesting. Ive seen this before where same item spawned in different base but virtually same roll. Each time they been in same category, like this one. (Both are mace rolls). Other one was 2 diff base claws...
idk how it works but every marginal case that gets made/created gives us little more info on how the process works. I dont want to find out though as if method was public itd end d2 within a week. Best would be if it was patched alltogether ofc.

I think we were all mistaken about Russiawins, i doubt he's actually rerolling. I think he found a way to import items, cuz this bh exists in europe also and probably the Martel too
