get more sleep u age too fast you must do hardly any movements throughout the day to feel alive after 4 hours sleep on the reg

must only need like 500 calories per day too

fuck i need 4k-6k calories and 7-9 hours of sleep to be average and then if i stop smoking weed every day i get a little above average on my best days (but why bother)

...with 4 hours sleep on regular basis i would be special needs

Im 27 and gay, my ageing is always too fast. On a side note ive gotten about that much sleep since i was a kid. Never been a big sleeper. Even when i can sleep in on the weekend i wake up after 6/7 hours =(



I usually am, within like 5 minutes
