I had the plumber fix it last week and now it happened against toilet overflowed after I finished taking a shower upstairs

My whole downstairs smells like shit from all the poop water
I know it's gonna messup my wood n stuff. But the smell is what I'm concerned about.

Bleach is best to take away nasty stuff like dryed poop water etc will do the job as long I scrub good right?
