Hey JSP,

Hoping someone can provide me with knowledge in the sports app area. Mainly with tvOS (4th Gen Apple TV) and iOS.

I don't watch much TV, but I do have a DISH subscription for when football season comes around. Basically the only time my weekends are spent in front of TV.

As my 2 year contract ends, I would like to start exploring other options. I don't like the fact that I pay for half year of TV and don't use it (there is absolutely nothing wrong with DISH).

Which is why I'm looking at the apps and their capability to provide me what I'm looking for. I mainly watch NCAAF with some occasional NFL. I'm a buckeye so the BIG TEN NETWORK would be a must.

The part that is appealing about apps is that there is no contract.

What can I get with apps such as SLING, watchESPN, etc. What do you guys use? Is is even possible to get all the networks such as SEC, etc.? Maybe I have to pay for a few app subscriptions, but I would be able to shut everything down in January 2017 until next year.

Let me know your thoughts, please as I'm looking for some resolution to my pain.
