Honestly not really a valid question. There's so many types of BBQ and they all have their ups and downs really. Slow-roasted Texas brisket and Memphis sauce-soaked ribs are both awesome af in their own way. Hard to really call any of them downright better than the others, though I have to admit that I'm pretty partial to Memphis or KC style sauces coz I want to make sure that my pile of meat is as bad for me as possible.

Franklin Barbecue in Austin, Texas is delicious and heaven. Best beef brisket I've ever tasted.

People wait in line at 6 AM some days. I live in Houston but I have an aunt living in Austin.
Every time I go visit or she visits me, I always make sure I get platters of that stuff.

Aaron Franklin is so famous he's been on all the talk shows. Has his own books.
He's won all kinds of National awards and is nicknamed the celebrity pitmaster.

I've met him one time in December of 2013. Shook his hand. He's the man!

Barbecue is made with love in Texas. If you want the best you can find it here.
A lot of great places in Houston too. I just prefer that award-winning brisket from Austin, Texas.

tru dat! there's such a wide variety of BBQ that it's hard to boil it down to one kind to be the best! :D

it's probably more of what the person likes more! like for me i like some melt in your mouth Brisket and fall off the bone ribz!

that's my favorite kind of BBQ! :)

awe it's probably for the best though cuz BBQ really tastes great but very high in sodium!

it's bad for you if you eat it all the time like i do but not bad if you just have a BBQ night! B)
