I am not receiving every text message that is being sent to me. It is intermittent and I can't seem to find any pattern.
I am using the stock messaging app.
I have had the sim card replaced and I have confirmed that, from my providers end, the messages have been sent to me.
I've cleared my messaging cache. I have verified the date and time are set correctly on my device.
Now here is what gets interesting.
I use a web addon + an app I downloaded called MightyText. You basically give the app permissions and it mirrors your messages in your web browser. So you can text at work etc.
The messages I am missing show up there but not on my phone.
So, I can confirm the messages are making it to my device but just not being shown.
Anyone ever have this issue? Did you and how did you resolve it?
For the time being I am going to switch my default messaging app and see if it makes any difference. Thanks in advance.
