Ive seen some youtube links that look self-explanatory that just have =23s at the end of the link meaning 23seconds it starts at.

although i cant get it to work, any ideas?

When you're on the video, go to "Share", and click the checkbox next to "Start at" and type in a time.

Or just add ?t=xx if xx is in seconds <1 minute or

?t=YmXXs
