Shouting and being rude to them even though you know deep down they are not the source of your problem and are just the poor soul on the other end probably getting paid minimum wage to listen to your bullshit?

What type of person do you have to be to act in that manner?

You have to be a pretty shitty and unempathetic person tbh.

Mind you, if they're shirty about it and try to get snarky about the company having fucked you or just straight up lie to you, then I think it's fine to unload after a bit of that, but just shouting at some rand who answers the phone coz you're mad at the company they work for makes you a pretty huge jerk.

I could never do something like that! I mean right now i'm at McDonald's and i ordered a chocolate milkshake but the lady gave me a vanilla one! :(

I'm just gonna drink the vanilla milkshake and deal with it! :)
