Well said and done, VERY FIRST DAY AS SUPERVISOR, I got 1 guy fired ... -.-
He is shit, and my boss didnt even ask anyone else.

My boss comes to me at end of day and asked me: "what do you think about Ryan?"
I told him straight up he is shit and not a good person to be working in is company.

My boss went straight to our real supervisor and told him to call Ryan and tell them to not come back tomorrow.

Now.. honestly? I feel like shit.

He IS shit worker and very disruptive in terms of team work, but still I just hope my boss doesnt think this was personal because it wasnt, I dont a shit if someone is the biggest douchebag on earth, as long as he works good and knows how to work and respect others around him.
But this guy was real bad and unmannered towards everyone around him all the time.

This is what I said exactly JUST yesterday, Im gonna end up firing 1 in every 4 people -.-

So glad you posted this because I can speak for everyone here saying we never left our computer in the anticipation that you just MIGHT give us an update!

Thank you for making yet another thread about the day to day operations of your job. I was pretty curious.

Yea I just answer my boss question in front of EVERYONE in the company,.. Im a snitch.

Let alone the fact that everyone agreed with me.

Also if I would obviously feel bad if I was a snitch.
