Pimples and scars after poping the pimple

And I'm starting to breakout I never had pimples when I was younger

I have permanent scarring on my back from cystic acne during my teenager years . I'd recommend using Benzyl Peroxide on the pimples, what kind of acne is it? Don't touch them.

It sucks I popped a few and now scaring and it's red and noticeable

Keep your face clean with some mild soap, drink plenty of water, you can even use things like toothpaste overnight to help dry a pimple.
Avoid lemon juice, your skin might be sensitive and it will look even more red.

bha exfoliant once daily, moisturizer twice daily, don't touch your face unless you've just watched your hands, wash your pillow case weekly

toothpaste is an irritant, don't leave it on your face

Moisturize as in lotion?
