I came up with a nickname for my girlfriend (title of this thread) and she ran with it for two years and I never called her by her real name. It was always Bambi. It was cute, and so was she. Then she dumped me but still uses it.
Does that mean she just thinks I struck gold with that nickname or does she still want to get back together or...

She's might have just liked the nickname or because she has been using it for the past 2 years.. it's become normal. It would be a constant reminder of you tho and I'm sure people she meets would ask how she got the nickname..
