I've been getting between 1-3 hours for about a month now.

Starting to affect me some.

LMK bout any side effects you get from what ya take.

How's the onset? Instant or do ya feel it coming on?

I've tried that melatonin but it doesn't seem to help now.

I take melatonin once a week when I need to get up early. My current sleep schedule is sleep from 4 a.m. to about 1 p.m., so when I need to get up at 8 a.m. I take a melatonin at 11 and it kicks me on my ass by 12.

Instead of laying on the bed normally at night, try sitting upright in a chair facing your computer screen playing Diablo 2 and guzzling Mt Dew.
