Hi!

Currently, my downstairs is cooling down fine but upstairs is blowing less than cold air. Not sure if this is relevant but it was turned off for about a month. There is a separate thermostat for upstairs and downstairs but one outdoor unit and one indoor unit.

I tried some diagnostics:
1) Turned off both units, checked outside unit. Not running.
2) Turned on upstairs unit, checked outside unit. Not running.
3) Turned on downstairs unit, checked outside unit. Running.

Thus, I think that it has something to do with the connection that the upstairs thermostat doesn't connect to the outside unit? Still blows air, just not cooled air.

Any ideas? Thanks!
