I need your help GC. At work we're going to be doing dress ups as Doctors, nurses and patients. Part of the theme is coming up with doctor jokes. A few days ago I came across the image as below.

I would like to have that modified into a joke that can be told in person.

All I can think of is along the lines of:

They cannot wait.
If the Doctors, Nurses and Medics could wait they would not be Doctors, Nurses or Medics.
They would be patient.
