I use one. But I didn't purchase it to be cool and blow mad clouds. I bought it to quit smoking.

It actually worked for me. Right in the beginning was not the easiest. And I've only smoked cigs a few times in the last year plus. But being around a large group of people smoking is the hardest thing(like at a bar or party or something). I just enjoy being able to breath
