how long do YOU ferment in primary and secondary before bulk aging?
I prefer me's ciders sparklin. :3

i've only made wine once with grape juice, a packet of yeast and 2 cups of sugar!

I accidentally left cranberry cocktail in my garage for a few months it fermented but probably toxic.
