Skill or technique to make someones heart warm? Also what could you do to make it cold?

You may use your energy to change the state, but it requires your energy to stay that way.
Find a heart that fits your ideal temperature.

Dead/undead =cold

To warm ones heart... exercise and empathize. chase someone then wear their skin/face

Warming someone's heart is easy and can be done a ton of different ways - braising, roasting, even deep frying.
