It's good to write your thoughts down and an every now and then basis to relieve your stress.

So my vote is yes, I have kept and still do keep a diary.
I never expected for it to work so well for me. I just wrote a huge text about all the things I wanted to tell this one person that I never did. I nearly broke into tears doing it. Just feeling the stress leave my body was something new to me and I'm loving every moment of it.
