Hey my friends, my topic of the day. :D ;) XD

So tonight I am having steak! My brother in law Paulie is barbecuing for all us tonight! '

So it made me think of this topic that I could make.

How do you folks prefer your meat? And what I mean by meat I am referring to Steak! :D ;) XD

Now when cooking chicken it is best prefer to make sure that is fully done to avoid any Salmonella or other bacteria.

But for steak my brother in law Personally eats it bloody, and I don't know how the heck he does it without getting sick.

For me personally I prefer mine well done, and I love the taste of it like that! :D ;) XD

So how about you folks? How do you prefer your meats?

Hope everyone's been well by the way. :D ;) XD

Always glad to be able to make a topic on here when I can.

Same my friend! Steak is my absolute favorite! Which do you prefer in regards to how yours is cooked? Rare, medium rare, or perhaps well done? :D ;) XD

The quality of the meat generally determines the cooking time.

If meat is fantastic then i will usually cook it rare or medium rare.

if it's a rump or sirloin then i would go medium.

in certain restaurants ive been known to order tartare, it can be incredibly good raw.

My friend a couple members in my family actually prefer it that way as well. :D ;) XD

I've also tried medium rare at times, but for some reason it bothers my stomach. I guess it's cause I have a weak stomach? Not sure but for now I stick with well done. Honestly I like well done the most anyway, the taste for me is most preferred for my preference. But that's just me. :D ;) XD

By the way good to see you sir Chemoshots, been a while my friend. I hope you been well brother.

You have a good point there my friend.

I completely agree on that part. :D ;) XD

And my brother in law actually likes stuff rare, especially if we eat out at a restaurant. His food always gets to the table before all of us cause it's cooked so quick. :D ;) XD
