aside from students, is there anyone else that'd be interested in furnished housing?

if/when utilities are included in the rent, do you abuse it - e.g. turning on ac, and heater and leaving the window open in different parts of the house

I'm always interested in furnished housing, that way I can keep my possessions downsized. Always forget to abuse utilities being paid for though, like 10 showers a day would be fun.

Yes, some people really abuse of the services. I mean, they have already paid the rent (summer house or smh like that) including electricity and water, so they use the fan (ventilator) 24/7 and had like 3 showers a day. They said "well, we ain't cooking so we are even"

Wtf

We have utilities included but we haven't abused it at all

I've been less adamant about turning off lights, sure, but nothing silly like turning on ac and opening window.

Me and partner used to live in a place like that and we would literally leave heating on 24/7 and open a window to control temp /leave lights on because it was easier I think it makes you completely not give a fuc maybe just us idk

furnished housing is good but obviously there is a risk you will damage their furniture biggs and then lose £ from yo deposit.

Furnished? No I dont want that. I do want it to include a clothes washer, clothes dryer, refrigerator, and a stove top / oven. And a landlord willing to replace those things when they get broken.
