4. Remedies: In the event of a breach of this Agreement by Producer/s, Licensor shall be limited to the right to seek compensatory money damages in an action at law, and shall in no event have the right to terminate or rescind this Agreement or enjoin or restrain the production, distribution, exhibition or advertising of any Production. Licensor hereby waives the benefits of any provision of law known as moral rights of authors, "droit moral", or any similar laws, and agrees not to institute, support, maintain or authorize any lawsuit on the grounds that any Production in any way constitutes an infringement of such moral rights or defamation or mutilation of any part thereof, or contains unauthorized variations, modifications, changes or translations thereto.
