When you need to poop, don't wait, because it will get harder and then more difficult to get out. When you gotta go you go and the crap is soft so it slides down really easy.

seems like you have a pretty small sample size to draw this conclusion on. try pooping 100 times immediately upon need, and then 100 more times after holding in for 30 minutes.
