Need Ideas To Do For July 4th Weekend - Topic

So I don't want to do the generic bbq/beach stuff and I want to take my parents out somewhere for the 3 day weekend.
Need ideas, I don't mind driving up to 6 hours from NYC, I don't mind driving out just to tour restaurants or places to see/visit
I had ideas like go to 6flags or go to water park and so on but that's only 1 day. Can you guys help pitch in ideas

do they like drinks? how about planning a wine tasting/ beer tasting tour?
my parents did this together and they loved it

i bet your parents (if they like to sample drinks) would love you for it

Go to south jersey for 6 flags then spend a couple days at cape may, they have good restaurants and you can do some crabbing at the light house relaxing near the water and exploring the area, then hit cape may zoo the next day
