Its the white hood, yes public trail

The current trail I use has residential houses nearby...but I figure as long as im not yellin and throwing bottles they wont care

I just notice like every washington trail has "no use after sunset" signs

I don't know what your trail is like, but who is going to see you at night? My trail goes through the woods, so it's surrounded on both sides by trees. I always go down there at night for walks. Same with parks that say don't use/enter after dusk, who cares? It's so petty. The kind of people you would come across on the trail at night aren't the kind to call the police anyway.
