ive brushed teet under 10 times past 10 years
sometime(s(?)) without shower for 1 month+
no shower for week+ is normal

thanks im married and gained some weight since because of meds but getting back to shape again

i had psychosis last summer
been off meds few months now and atleast im in better shape than summer
