Tokugawa's guns had just been defeated by the Takeda cavalry charge. It wasn't that they had guns. It was the superior tactics of Oda Nobunaga using those guns in fire and reload formations along with Yari spearmen and wooden palisades to foil the Takeda cavalry that won the day. That and they were slightly outnumbered.
