Single mothers get more time off and expected to do less. They get any days off as long as they say it's for my kid and don't get told no never. They are more looked at for supervise positions.


Can even look at welfare or ebt.

They get morw.benefits for having more kids.

People who don't have kids knowing they can't afford them have to suffer in taxes and work place for being responsible.

Anyways not going to go in-depth but another lead position opened up ( 6k a year salary increase ).

It's a state job so it's open to the public but from what I'm told they are offered to currently employes.

Well 3 people who I work with applied 2 of them have been there much longer then the lady who got it.

The lady calls out at least 2 times a month and is honestly never a team player. I was speaking to another lead he sat in on her interview and hinted need is was that she was a single mother. Blah blah blah idc

W.e I'm done nnot my business just feel bad for the other 2 who tryed for the job.

And the job done really require much.. in fact less work with a pay increase.

Places are a lot more likely to choose other candidates over single moms anyway, I know there's laws against discrimination, but if they an reasonably choose someone without responsibility like a single mom has, they will.
