Flipped a guy off who was speeding.
Guy slams his breaks and jumps out of his truck. (parked in the traffic lane)
Run straight up to me and shoves me extremely hard.
I react by saying "don't fucking speed".
This guy is extremely worked up and goes to shove me again.
I throw a straight right when he puts his hands on me to shove me again and instantly turn around and start walking away.

I was walking on the sidewalk. He roared down the road so i flipped him the bird. I don't like people who speed because my little sis got hit by someone driving recklessly (she passed away 2 months later after being in a coma at age18) like he was in my opinion.

well... you provoked him so you started the problem. however, him pushing you counts as assault. you punching him back can be considered as self-defense.

Didn't you just get in trouble for road rage (very similar situation) and then miss your court date? Damn kid.... How stupid are you?

Naw this is that situation. I thought court was 16th but it was 24th so I didn't miss it.

Guy has Temper Problems and speeding problems needs be Dealt wit.
