No. Should be a one-and-done utility, although it isn't a bad idea to run it once in a while, since Microsoft keeps changing things to force people to upgrade.

No idea why people are this ridiculously resistant. There are no objections to Windows 10 that aren't true of other versions of Windows anyway. If you don't like it, download Linux and just quit whining.
