Okay so I'm asking anyone with experience with getting in trouble xD
Got a assault 4 (misdemeanor) charge
Also a criminal mischief (misdemeanor)
The assault is up to one year in jail and or a fine up to 6250
Sooo with no criminal background what is my most likely penaltly if I am found guilty of both chargers ?
Will I likely get one year? or will I get less or what?

Ask the guy that you beat up

6 months + probation and a fine

Pay the fine dude. Or get a lawyer to lower the fine lol

I really do hate Oregon for not having a self-defense law.

Flip a guy off for speeding. (little sis died to an asshole like him a few years ago)
Guy hits the breaks and gets out of his huge ass truck while still parked in the middle of the road.
Runs over to me and shoves me.
I tell him to just fucking slow down.
Shoves me again
Knock him out and walk away
Cops catch up to me and site release me for assault 4 and the criminal mischief (throwing a rock at his sons car for literally trying to run me over after finding out I punched his dad)

You did it wrong. Should have made sure he or his son never talked. You failed at being respected. Pay the legal price now.

If you hadn't fled the scene you wouldn't have gotten any charges
