Not illegal, unfortunately as long as they're paying you the correct wages. But I'd still contact legal assistance to find out the exact laws in your state.

There are many people nationwide who would love to work even 20 hours per week, while you are complaining about working to much ;) :D XD
i could understand being upset if they refused to pay overtime, but I doubt that sir. Just enjoy the job you do have my friend.
