Could be a house centipede dyed with a food color or something

Confirmed just googled it, its a house centipede, with probably a contamination color from other foods in the sink

maybe a centipede with a redish/brown coloring. When they molt, the new exoskeleton is soft and white, but it gradually darkens and hardens until it becomes reddish-brown. In between these two colors it will appear purple.
